Apertura Futura: Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
This PART-TIME position is for a Customer Service Representative in support of a local State Farm Agency. The Agency is located at 112 W Harrison Ave, New Orleans, LA 70124. In-office hour requirements are afternoons (~12:30-4:30p) 3-5 days/week. This schedule can be flexible for the right candidate.
The position requires you to have your Louisiana Property & Casualty insurance license. Having a Life & Health insurance license is a bonus! If you already have State Farm experience, that is a bonus as well!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Dedicated to customer service
- Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.
- Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members
- Proactive in problem-solving

Compensación: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
